Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers on inter/intrastate routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo ensuring proper securement.
- Maintain accurate records using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
- Adhere to all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable professional driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and criminal background check.
- Strong knowledge of roadways in Florida and Georgia.
