Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tractor-trailers in a safe and efficient manner on local and regional routes.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor as required.
- Maintain accurate logs (DOT/HOS) and ensure all paperwork is up to date.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with shippers and receivers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends as needed.
