Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A & B) safely and efficiently on local and regional routes.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Deliver freight to designated customer locations within the agreed-upon time frames.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring cargo protection and safety.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and daily logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery updates and route changes.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
