Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A vehicles to transport goods to designated delivery points efficiently and safely.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring securement and weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel, and delivery records.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Provide professional customer service during delivery stops.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A CDL) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current DOT medical card and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
