Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport packages to designated addresses in and around Omaha.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and ensure all delivery equipment is in good working order.
- Practice time management to meet strict delivery windows and route schedules.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling packages with care and resolving any delivery issues on-site.
- Complete digital logs and delivery reports accurately at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B or equivalent).
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems and map reading.
- Reliable transportation to and from the local depot.
- English proficiency for clear communication with dispatch and customers.
