Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks for safe, timely delivery of goods in the Glendale metro area
- Manage route optimization and delivery documentation
- Maintain vehicle compliance with DOT regulations and maintenance schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time schedule adjustments
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maximize efficiency through proactive load planning and time management
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Arizona roadways and traffic patterns
- DOT medical certification and required licensing documents
- Reliable personal box truck (2015 or newer preferred)
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
