Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain box trucks for local/regional deliveries
- Manage route optimization and delivery scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Comply with all DOT safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient operations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to complete paid training program
