Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain box truck equipment for local/regional deliveries
- Manage loading/unloading of freight using proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and digital tracking systems
- Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time delivery performance
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks)
- Must own or obtain box truck within 90 days of hire
