Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks for local/regional freight delivery with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Manage efficient route planning to meet delivery deadlines and optimize fuel consumption
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate with dispatch team
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Build strong client relationships through professional service and on-time deliveries
- Utilize our proprietary dispatch app for real-time load assignments and payment tracking
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (MVR required)
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Proof of commercial insurance ($1M liability coverage)
- Reliable box truck (2005 or newer) in good mechanical condition
- Strong knowledge of St. Louis metro area and surrounding regions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible schedules
- Basic smartphone proficiency for dispatch app integration
