Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient delivery of goods using your DOT-compliant box truck
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and fuel savings
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ownership of a DOT-compliant box truck (10-26 ft)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with reliable internet connectivity
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
