Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks safely and efficiently on regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and vehicle logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for optimal route planning and timing
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Ensure secure handling of freight and customer satisfaction
- Manage compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Reliable box truck (26' or larger) with current insurance
- Strong knowledge of Louisville metro area and surrounding regions
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Strong communication and time management skills
