Responsibilities
- Operate personal box truck for local and regional freight delivery
- Maintain timely pickup/delivery schedules within Anaheim and surrounding areas
- Ensure cargo security and proper documentation for all shipments
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route optimization and load assignments
- Uphold safety standards and comply with DOT regulations
- Manage customer interactions and delivery confirmations
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL or equivalent commercial driving license
- Minimum 2 years box truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Reliable box truck (24-26ft) in good working condition
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Smartphone with reliable data for dispatch apps
