Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks on dedicated Louisville-to-Nashville routes
- Load/unload freight using proper equipment techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections per DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Manage basic vehicle maintenance and minor repairs
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Box truck experience (26' preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with reliable internet access
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Pass background/drug screening
- Own box truck (2008+ model)
