Responsibilities
- Operate a 10-26 ft box truck to deliver freight safely and on time.
- Secure cargo using straps, ropes, and covers to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate Hours of Service (HOS) logs and daily logbooks.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding pickup and delivery updates.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Proven experience as a Box Truck Owner Operator or Class B Driver.
- Must own a reliable, well-maintained box truck (lease-to-own options available).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
