Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26 ft) for local and regional deliveries within Texas
- Load/unload freight using appropriate equipment while maintaining load security
- Adapt routes dynamically using GPS navigation to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital documentation via our mobile portal
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Uphold strict safety protocols and compliance with DOT regulations
- Build client relationships through professional communication and on-time performance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable box truck or heavy vehicle operation experience
- Proof of commercial auto insurance ($1M liability coverage)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and pass DOT physical examination
- Proficient in GPS navigation and basic smartphone technology
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Must own or lease a 24-26 ft box truck in excellent mechanical condition
