Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain box trucks for local/regional deliveries
- Coordinate loading/unloading procedures with warehouse teams
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure on-time performance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial box truck experience
- Proof of commercial insurance (1M liability)
- Reliable box truck (24-26ft preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento metro area
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
