Responsibilities
- Safe operation of company-provided box trucks for local/regional deliveries
- Timely pickup and delivery of freight while maintaining accurate documentation
- Route optimization to maximize efficiency and meet delivery windows
- Vehicle inspection and pre/post-trip reporting protocols
- Client communication for delivery confirmations and issue resolution
- Adherence to DOT regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Basic GPS navigation and smartphone proficiency
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Commercial auto insurance coverage ($1M minimum)
- Pass background check and drug screening
