Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain your personal box truck for local and regional deliveries in Dallas/Fort Worth area
- Optimize delivery routes using our digital dispatch platform with remote scheduling flexibility
- Manage complete logistics cycle: pickup coordination, secure loading, timely delivery, and documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and ensure DOT compliance at all times
- Build client relationships through professional communication and on-time service
- Utilize our fuel reimbursement program and maintenance support to optimize costs
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck or commercial driving experience
- Personal box truck meeting DOT specifications (2015+ model preferred)
- Smartphone proficiency for our remote dispatch app and electronic logs
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management skills with ability to work independently
- Dallas-based with knowledge of local metro routes
