Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional deliveries in the Tucson metro area
- Manage route optimization and delivery scheduling independently
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Ensure cargo security and compliance with DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time updates
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Tucson metropolitan area
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Smartphone with reliable internet access
- Own DOT-compliant box truck (26ft+ preferred)
- Proof of commercial liability insurance ($1M+)
