Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional freight delivery
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery using GPS technology
- Maintain accurate logs, manifests, and compliance documentation
- Build client relationships through professional service
- Manage business operations including invoicing and expense tracking
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL or willingness to obtain through our program
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Basic mechanical aptitude for vehicle maintenance
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
- Must own or willing to purchase box truck (financing assistance available)
