Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain company-provided box truck during training period
- Complete assigned delivery routes with 98% on-time performance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes using provided GPS technology
- Build client relationships through professional communication
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage inventory documentation and delivery confirmations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle inspections
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
