Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks within Louisville metro and regional routes
- Manage delivery timelines, loading/unloading, and customer communication
- Maintain vehicle logs, inspections, and compliance with DOT regulations
- Optimize routes to ensure efficient delivery and fuel economy
- Build client relationships through professional on-time service
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues
- Track and submit delivery documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic mechanical aptitude for pre/post-trip inspections
