Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks safely and efficiently across Colorado Springs and surrounding regions
- Plan optimal delivery routes to maximize time and fuel efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling of goods
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain through our training
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic understanding of GPS navigation and route planning
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to grow independently
