Responsibilities
- Safely operate personal box truck for local/regional freight deliveries
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and on-time performance
- Maintain accurate trip logs and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for load assignments and scheduling
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of diverse freight types
- Uphold strict safety protocols and DOT regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Reliable 2015+ box truck (26ft max) with current insurance
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work varied schedules
- Strong navigation skills and route optimization knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- DOT medical certification
