Responsibilities
- Safely operate a box truck to transport goods and materials within Austin and surrounding areas
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with dispatch teams
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Manage delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals and customer satisfaction
- Build positive relationships with clients and team members
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and local traffic laws
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (CDL not required)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to/from daily dispatch location
