Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local and regional freight delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and time management
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Build client relationships through professional service delivery
- Manage documentation (bills of lading, delivery confirmations)
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (minimum 1 year driving history)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and communication
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to complete our 2-week training program
- Must own or be willing to finance a box truck (financing options available)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
