Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods across Los Angeles County using your own box truck
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork for each shipment
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Communicate efficiently with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and traffic safety protocols
- Manage loading/unloading operations at client locations
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (or equivalent)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Own a DOT-compliant box truck (or willingness to acquire)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication apps
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- No prior trucking experience required - we train!
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
