Responsibilities
- Execute efficient local/regional freight delivery within 300-mile radius of Memphis
- Maintain DOT compliance, safety protocols, and vehicle maintenance documentation
- Optimize routes using provided GPS systems to maximize delivery efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and on-time deliveries
- Manage load/unloading coordination at distribution centers and client facilities
- Submit daily logs and paperwork through our digital fleet management platform
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Ownership of 26ft box truck (2015+ model) with current registration and insurance
- Proven experience in local/regional freight delivery or logistics
- Strong knowledge of Memphis metro area and surrounding routes
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic proficiency in digital logging and communication systems
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and time management skills
