Responsibilities
- Safely operate your box truck to transport goods to and from designated locations in Kansas City and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required by regulations.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure the cargo compartment is kept clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Must own a 26ft box truck (or similar size) in good working condition.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B) required.
- Clear driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of local Kansas City roadways and geography.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
