Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks for regional freight delivery (Minneapolis metro + surrounding states)
- Maintain strict adherence to delivery schedules and route optimization
- Ensure cargo security and proper documentation for all shipments
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time load adjustments
- Uphold professional customer service standards at delivery points

Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Own/lease reliable box truck (26' or larger, 2020+ model preferred)
- Proven experience in regional freight transportation

- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
