Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided 24-26ft box trucks for local/regional routes
- Manage delivery schedules with 95%+ on-time performance
- Maintain detailed logs and electronic paperwork via our mobile app
- Collaborate with dispatch team for optimal route planning
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Build client relationships through professional service delivery
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean 3-year MVR
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally and navigate tight loading docks
- Must possess or form LLC/Sole Proprietorship
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for logistics apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
