Responsibilities
- Operate a 24ft-26ft box truck to deliver freight to local and regional destinations within Kentucky and surrounding states.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Represent our brand professionally at customer locations and maintain a clean driving record.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delays, traffic, or load changes.
Qualifications
- Must own a 24ft-26ft box truck in good working condition.
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat or Tanker endorsements preferred.
- Current DOT medical card and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Previous experience in local delivery and freight hauling.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety compliance.
- Reliable equipment insurance coverage.
