Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (26-28ft) on regional routes within Kentucky and surrounding states
- Manage load planning, delivery coordination, and documentation compliance
- Maintain DOT compliance, vehicle inspections, and maintenance schedules
- Optimize route efficiency to maximize daily mileage and revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service during commercial/residential deliveries
- Utilize our digital dispatch platform for real-time updates and load assignments
- Submit accurate delivery reports and fuel receipts for reimbursement
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck or straight truck experience
- Proven ability to manage independent contractor operations
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Reliable personal box truck (2015+ model preferred) with current insurance
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital dispatch platform
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must pass background check and drug screening
