Responsibilities
- Operate 26' Box Trucks for local and regional deliveries within the Charlotte metro area and surrounding regions.
- Perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring freight security.
- Utilize our remote dispatch system to manage schedules and receive daily assignments.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records and daily vehicle inspections.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety protocols.
- Represent Apex Logistics professionally to customers and partners.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class B) required.
- Must possess current DOT and Motor Carrier insurance coverage.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable box truck driving experience.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
