Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional deliveries across Phoenix metro area
- Manage route optimization, loading/unloading, and timely deliveries
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance
- Build client relationships through professional communication and reliability
- Submit accurate delivery documentation and mileage reports
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient load coordination
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metro area and AZ highways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- DOT medical certification and required endorsements
- Reliable personal box truck (2005+ model, 24-26 ft)
- Commercial insurance coverage ($1M liability minimum)
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
