Responsibilities
- Operate your box truck safely and efficiently for local/regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for compliance
- Manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal route planning and timing
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Utilize provided technology for real-time tracking and communication
- Secure cargo and ensure proper handling of specialized materials
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Reliable box truck (26' max) with valid registration and insurance
- Strong knowledge of Buffalo metro area and regional highways
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with business management experience
