Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26ft) for time-sensitive deliveries
- Maintain 99%+ on-time performance with route optimization
- Complete thorough pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time load adjustments
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage inventory tracking and delivery confirmations
- Build client relationships through professional service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- DOT medical certification and HazMat endorsement preferred
- Own well-maintained box truck (2015 or newer)
- Proven route planning and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- El Paso metro area residency required
