Responsibilities
- Operate box truck (24-26ft) for local/regional freight delivery
- Manage route optimization and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections
- Coordinate with dispatch for load assignments
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Clean MVR (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Reliable box truck (2008+ model) with cargo insurance
- Smartphone with GPS and data plan
- Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
