Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local and regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize routes for efficiency and fuel savings
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Comply with all DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Reliable box truck (26ft or smaller)
- Commercial insurance coverage ($1M+)
- Strong navigation skills in Bay Area
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong time management and communication skills
