Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain your 24-26ft box truck for local/regional deliveries
- Manage route optimization and delivery schedules to meet SLA requirements
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time load assignments and updates
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and inventory records
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships through professional service delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Proof of active commercial insurance ($1M liability minimum)
- Ownership of 24-26ft box truck in good working condition
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee metro area and surrounding regions
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions
- Proficient with smartphone navigation and basic logistics apps
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation
