Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for time-sensitive deliveries throughout MN/WI region
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal routing and efficiency
- Ensure cargo security and compliance with DOT regulations
- Build client relationships through professional delivery services
- Manage billing and settlement processes weekly
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years box truck or straight truck experience
- Relatively owned box truck (2008+ model, 24-26ft preferred)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong time management and customer service abilities
- Smartphone with reliable data connectivity
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs occasionally
