Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional freight delivery
- Maintain vehicle compliance and DOT documentation
- Manage loading/unloading operations efficiently
- Optimize route planning for timely deliveries
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients
- Perform basic preventive maintenance checks
- Submit accurate trip documentation and invoicing
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Reliable box truck (26' or smaller)
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Smartphone with GPS capability
