Responsibilities
- Operate box truck (26-28ft) for dedicated regional routes within Missouri/Kansas/Iowa
- Manage pickup/delivery schedules with 98% on-time performance
- Maintain DOT compliance (logs, inspections, documentation)
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route optimization
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections
- Handle freight securely with proper loading/unloading techniques
- Build client relationships through professional communication
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- DOT medical certification
- Smartphone with reliable internet access
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge for roadside repairs
- Pass background/drug screening
