Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain your box truck for local/regional deliveries
- Plan efficient routes to meet delivery deadlines
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage load securement and unloading procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean MVR
- Proof of box truck ownership (or lease agreement)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
