Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26 ft) for local and regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Manage pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage fuel expenses and submit timely reimbursement requests
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years box truck driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Proof of commercial auto insurance ($1M liability)
- Reliable 24-26 ft box truck in good working condition
- Smartphone with GPS and reliable communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong time management and organizational skills
