Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26ft) for regional deliveries within 300-mile radius
- Maintain DOT compliance and vehicle inspection logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient pickup/delivery scheduling
- Manage loading/unloading operations at client facilities
- Document delivery exceptions and maintain shipment records
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
- Optimize routes to maximize fuel efficiency and on-time performance
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Clean MVR (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for mobile app communication
- Reliable box truck in good mechanical condition
- Commercial liability insurance ($1M minimum)
- Pass background and drug screening
