Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional deliveries
- Manage loading/unloading procedures with precision
- Maintain DOT compliance logs and vehicle inspections
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency and on-time delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service at every stop
- Coordinate with dispatch for real-time adjustments
- Perform basic preventative maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class B license (Class A preferred)
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations
- Reliable box truck (2015+ model) meeting DOT specs
- Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with GPS and data access
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong time management and communication skills
