Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional freight delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency and on-time performance
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, logs) in compliance with DOT regulations
- Build client relationships through professional service delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Reliable personal box truck (or willingness to lease)
- Strong knowledge of Santa Ana/Orange County area
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Smartphone with GPS and data access
