Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain assigned box truck while adhering to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes for on-time delivery of freight across Pennsylvania and surrounding states
- Complete accurate pre-trip inspections, load/unload documentation, and electronic logs
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and potential delays
- Manage truck maintenance schedules and coordinate with approved service providers
- Represent our brand professionally during all client interactions and delivery points
- Utilize our proprietary fleet management app for real-time tracking and communication
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean 3-year MVR
- Minimum 2 years box truck or straight truck driving experience
- Proof of commercial truck insurance ($1M liability coverage)
- Reliable DOT-compliant box truck (2008 or newer preferred)
- Ability to pass thorough background check and drug screening
- Basic proficiency with smartphone apps and digital documentation tools
- Strong time-management and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
