Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Amazon packages within designated Omaha routes
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and pickups
- Maintain accurate delivery records using Amazon's handheld scanning technology
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and Amazon's delivery standards
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize delivery efficiency and on-time performance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and background check
- Strong knowledge of Omaha metro area streets and neighborhoods
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to/from daily shift start location
- Excellent time management and customer communication skills
